呂磊,研究員/教授 博導/碩導

海南省拔尖人才,主要從事鳥類生态學和多樣性保護研究,利用基于個體标記的長期研究系統,探究野生動物如何适應由人類活動在全球範圍所引起的環境變化,如氣候變化和土地利用變化。在個體水平上探究不同的生活史性狀對個體适合度的影響,在種群水平上力圖回答生物多樣性喪失的核心研究問題,即自然種群的數量為什麼會下降。已發表學術論文21篇,包括以第一或通訊作者發表Science Advances;Global Change Biology;Behavioral Ecology等SCI論文共7篇。曾獲中國動物學會第三屆長隆獎啟航獎、北京師範大學優秀博士論文、中國鳥類學研究生學術新人獎等獎勵。先後主持國家自然科學基金青年項目(C類)和面上項目。擔任我國鳥類學期刊Avian Research青年編委。
