劉文傑,男,教授,海南省LingJun人才,365英国上市官网在线副院長(挂職)。中國國土經濟學會海島開發專業委員會副主任委員、海南省生态學會常務理事、海南省氣象學會常務理事,365英国上市官网在线全球變化與南海生态安全科技創新團隊負責人。擔任《熱帶生物學報》和《Forests》等期刊的編委。曾多次赴法國、日本和美國等國家訪學。
研究方向為土壤生态學和生态系統生态學,近年來主要從事全球變化與土壤碳氮循環研究,基于野外定位觀測、室内模拟和模型模拟等方法,正在開展不同生态系統的土壤溫室氣體排放規律、氮沉降對土壤有機碳穩定性的影響及其微生物機制、熱帶雨林恢複對土壤碳庫的影響及其機制和海南省生态系統服務價值評估等研究工作。先後主持國家自然科學基金青年項目和地區項目、國家重點研發計劃項目課題和子課題等項目7項,其他項目近10項,在Environmental Science & Technology、Science of The Total Environment、Plant and Soil、Environmental Research Letters、《生态學報》、《環境科學》和《環境科學研究》等國内外期刊上發表論文50餘篇。

社會服務
正在組織開展“三亞市生态系統生産總值(GEP)核算”,完成了“白沙黎族自治縣生态系統生産總值(GEP)核算報告(2010-2020年)”和“白沙縣白沙黎族自治縣生态系統生産總值(GEP)生态産品目錄”;作為骨幹參與海南省政協調研項目“瓊中縣生态價值補償機制研究”、海南省統計局重點項目“海南省綠色GDP測算體系構建研究”和海南省生态環境廳課題“海南省典型海洋生态系統的固碳現狀、潛力、問題及對策研究”等項目的研究工作。在白沙等地開展的橡膠林減肥增效技術研究成果為當地農民增收提供了示範作用,還培訓了一批減肥增效技術農民隊伍。積極參與海南的生态環境保護科普教育宣傳和鄉村振興工作,為三亞市2021年鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅成果和鄉村振興項目組織了論證。
